90 XP offered the first year: the annual bonus of 60XP  is credited to your Flying Blue account within 3 weeks of acceptance of your new Air France KLM - American Express PLATINUM Card, then each year on the anniversary date of your Card. An additional welcome bonus of 30 XP will be added to your Flying Blue account only if you have had the  Air France KLM - American Express PLATINUM Card for at least 3 months. The bonus of 30 XP will be added to your Flying Blue account within 4 months of the acceptance of your new Air France KLM - American Express PLATINUM Card. This bonus is not renewable. Paying for flights in 3 equal monthly installments is available for all purchases over €50, including taxes. Only for Air France or KLM tickets that are purchased in an Air France or KLM point of sale (including the website) and in travel agencies and only for tickets issued as Air France or KLM tickets. 5. All purchases made with an Air France KLM - American Express Card extend the validity of your Miles by 2 years. Miles extension takes place once a month. This extension takes place when Miles earned with your card are transferred to your Flying Blue account, or at the time of your monthly withdrawal from your AMERICAN EXPRESS account. The Miles of Flying Blue Elite members (Silver, Gold and Platinum) remain valid for life as long as the member maintains his/her Elite status. 6. Each American Express Primary Card member may have a maximum of 5 Supplementary Cards available for close relatives. The Card is free every year for as long as the main Card is valid. Only adult children or the spouse of the holder of the main Card are eligible for the additional Card (documents may be requested). Air France KLM - American Express PLATINUM:  each holder of an Air France KLM - American Express PLATINUM Card can have a maximum of 5 additional Cards for their relatives (1 additional Air France KLM - American Express PLATINUM Card + 4 additional Air France KLM - American Express GOLD Cards). Only adult children or the spouse of the holder of the main Card are eligible for the additional Card (supporting documents may be requested). The request for an additional Card is made after receipt of your basic Card directly online. These additional Cards are free year after year, subject to the validity of the main Card. 7. Your bonus XP are credited to your Flying Blue account in the 3 weeks following the creation of your card, and then each year. 8. 9. Subject to availability (offer limited to one AMERICAN EXPRESS table for 2 to 4 persons per day, depending on the restaurant). In case of cancellation, please call the Concierge Service before 10 am on the day of your booking. If you don't cancel in time, the restaurant will charge a cancellation fee of €90 to €200 per person, depending on the restaurant. The list of restaurants is subject to change. 10. Platinum for 2: if you are a Flying Blue Platinum member, with Platinum for 2®, the additional cardholder attached to your Air France KLM - American Express PLATINUM account also becomes a Flying Blue Platinum member (to benefit from Platinum for 2, the main Flying Blue Platinum member must both maintain his/her Platinum status and also be an Air France KLM - American Express PLATINUM cardholder). Only one additional cardholder per Flying Blue account can benefit from the Flying Blue Platinum status, regardless of the number of American Express accounts held by the Flying Blue member. The beneficiary of the additional card cannot be changed until the primary Flying Blue Platinum member moves up a level. For additional cardholders, any years as a Platinum member thanks to Platinum for 2 do not count towards reaching Platinum for life status. Obtaining Platinum for life status is only possible for the main Flying Blue Platinum member. 11. Special offer valid reserved for first-time Air France KLM - American Express cardholders, subject to AMERICAN EXPRESS Carte-France accepting the card application. Your 3,000/6,000/20,000 welcome Miles will be credited to your Flying Blue account within 8 weeks. This Miles bonus is valid subject to being an Air France KLM -American Express SILVER/GOLD/PLATINUM cardholder for at least 6 months. The credit is valid within the limit of a maximum credit of €75 per year/Card. This benefit is renewed each year on January 1 and the €75 counter is reset to zero. To benefit from this feature, a minimum of 3,000 Miles is required. The expense to be reimbursed must be eligible and appear on your outstanding expenses. Your balance must not be in credit and the amount of Miles to be used cannot exceed your Miles balance. The amount in euros credited in exchange for these Miles must be less than your outstanding expenses (corresponding to the amount of your expenses made since your last statement). For the operation to be taken into account on your next statement, your conversion of Miles must be carried out at least 4 working days before the usual date of your statement of account. The conversion of Flying Blue Miles is final. The Eligible Cardholder expressly accepts that any choice to convert Flying Blue Miles will become final and binding upon final validation of the “I use my Miles” request. Returning or canceling a purchase: If you cancel or decide to return your purchase to the merchant for a refund, this refund will be credited in euros corresponding to the amount of the refunded purchase, but your Flying Blue Miles balance will not be credited back to your Flying Blue Account. 17. As part of the recommendation of your Air France KLM - American Express Card, subject to receipt and acceptance of your sponsored person's file by American Express Card-France. You will receive bonus Miles for all approved referrals. Your Miles will be credited in the month following acceptance of your referral's Card.
